Learn in-demand skills from your LiveLab Instructor - the leader of your LiveLab sessions every week. Visit their After Hours to chat about Video Lessons, Milestones or to get career advice!
Team Leads
You'll be assigned a Team Lead that will support you throughout The Experience. See them in LiveLab, chat with them in Drop-in Hours and receive feedback on your Milestones and Portfolio Project.
Success Coaches
Enter the heroes of the hour (just don't tell the instructors). Aside from granting Milestone extensions and moderating LiveLabs, your Success Coach acts as your personal guide through The Experience. Go to them with questions, comments, or if you need a pep talk!
Support Specialists
Our friendly Support Specialists are here to help you! In addition to academic support, the HelpHub assists with processing Milestone extensions and LiveLab requests. They will also provide useful help articles for lightning-fast assistance.
